Then I stained it with blue under-glaze and glazed it with lead free clear glaze and fired it again to a higher temperature of 2245 degrees F. To complete the look, I put a bead above her ear and added a brushed silver wire for hanging. This blue/teal cat will warm any corner of your home! My initials and item number are carved on the back. NOTE: Handmade kiln-fired items cannot be glazed on both sides. I do not glaze the back of my hanging ornaments and wall decor.
